Eating Irish Soda Bread along with the Corn beef and Cabbage for St Patrick's day is a tradition in America. A tradition that was kept alive by my friend Dave that cooked us a great Irish treat. Not so Irish since it was Kaylee's (The sweetest Irish student spending her first year in the US of A) first Corn beef and cabbage. Anyhow, we all loved the great meal. Happy St Patrick's day.
